Starting from March 1st, 26 Cracking Art yellow wolves have found their symbolic lair in the “Sala Luce” of the Biellese company Tollegno 1900, from which they are visible because they are illuminated and placed as a symbolic guard of the windows. “The choice to focus on one of the most emblematic species of the Italian natural and cultural heritage, so much so as to be protected by the WWF, was not accidental because, besides being a faithful expression of the principles that inspire our movement, it represents an ironic reconciliation between wolves and sheep, animals evocative of the world of Tollegno 1900 “.

The proceeds from the sale of the small Frogs donated by Cracking Art contributed to the restoration of two works by the Futurist artist Achille Funi belonging to the Treviso Civic Museums.
The fundraising took place on the occasion of the RE.USE exhibition organized by TRA Treviso Ricerca Arte and curated by Valerio Dehò.
The initiative is part of the Cracking Art project “Art Regenerates Art” active since 2012 and aimed at supporting restoration projects and cultural initiatives in Italy and abroad.
“CONVIVIUM” is the name of our installation for PARATISSIMA 2020, in which the question that arises is that of living together, of the search for systems of coexistence between human beings and wild nature that go beyond the schemes of mere hunting, adopting superior knowledge and the greater resources we have today than in the past.
We chose the Bear, an iconic animal, the protagonist of stories and legends. It appears on the flags of cities and states, on the heraldic crests of noble families, on the brands of companies or sports teams. Made docile by soft toys, it is actually symbolic for its power but also for its refractory character. The bear’s ancestral strength and its position in the food chain give its actions a strong emotional charge. An accident involving him is not something that can leave you indifferent.
How can we forget the repeated escapes of the M49 bear in Trentino, which have aroused the interest of the media and public opinion.
The bear, like the wolf, is one of the fundamental elements of alpine nature.
We are waiting for you at the Ex Galoppatoio of the ARTiglierie in Turin, from September 25th until October 11th 2020.
From September 18th to January 30th 2021, the City of Catanzaro will host the second edition of “Art and City”; conceived by Promocatanzaro, a special company of the Catanzaro Chamber of Commerce and curated by the Rocco Guglielmo Foundation, the project involves the installation of artworks in public spaces with the aim of raising awareness of a contemporary artistic culture.
Strongly desired by Promocatanzaro and its President Francesco Chirillo, supported by the Chamber of Commerce of Catanzaro and supported by the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Catanzaro, the event this year was also realized thanks to the collaboration of the Fabbrica Eos gallery in Milan. “Art and City – Second Edition …”, announces the President Rocco Guglielmo “… it is a project in which I strongly believe, which I have the honor to personally take care of and which fits perfectly into the richest and most articulated artistic / cultural program of my Foundation from next autumn. ” The exhibition foresees the contamination of the historic center with the festive and psychedelic animals of Cracking Art.
The artistic movement, known all over the world, was born in 1993; his intention is to radically change the history of art through a strong social and environmental commitment which, combined with the revolutionary use of plastic materials, highlights the increasingly close relationship between natural life and artificial reality.
A catalog will be created for the occasion, containing, among other things, the images of the works in the historic city center.
The installation created as part of “Mirandola, open-air gallery” is a project promoted by the municipal administration that aims to transform the entire city into an open-air art gallery.
For this participation Cracking Art artists have chosen two large snails – a symbol of regeneration as a wish for recovery after the damage of the 2012 earthquake – and two large elephants, a metaphor of memory in the city of the famous Pico della Mirandola, humanist and philosopher also known for its prodigious memory capacity.
For this occasion Cracking art has created and donated 30 small frogs artworks that will be put up for sale for the realization of the project “Art regenerates art”. The proceeds will go to finance the equipment of an “en plein air arts laboratory” at the “F. Montanari ”of Mirandola. The store will be set up under the portico of Palazzo Bergomi.
The colorful artworks by Cracking Art arrive for the first time in Abruzzo, animating the historic center and the river park of Teramo as a distinctive sign of the events of a summer to be experienced outdoors.
The animals will be lively and reassuring presences during Teramo summer, creating a fairytale atmosphere and enhancing the architectural evidences that will live in, involving the viewer, be it adult or child, and entering with the latter in total empathy.
